Administration

• Administer and support PACS, RIS, dictation, mammography, and related imaging systems.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of PACS, RIS, dictation systems, and mammography platforms.
• Ensure daily system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and resolving PACS exceptions.
• Lead selection, testing, implementation, and upgrades of imaging systems and interfaces.
• Evaluate emerging imaging technologies and make recommendations to Radiology leadership.
• Maintain connectivity for imaging and reporting with affiliate hospitals and non-Regional West facilities.
• Manage user access, passwords, and system security for all imaging applications.
• Develop and maintain training materials for imaging systems.
• Supervise PACS analysts and assigned imaging IT staff.
• Collaborate with Information Systems, vendors, and Radiology leadership.
