About the role
- Contribute to analytical work in specific areas.
- Develop and maintain the SFC’s analytical models.
- Produce forecasts and other analysis for fiscal events.
- Contribute to SFC’s reports with writing, tables and data visualization.
- Assist in quality assuring formal publications.
- Engage with policy officials and specialists to ensure analyses reflect government policy.
- Monitor key data releases and external comments in relevant areas.
Requirements
- You should have a first or upper second class degree or postgraduate qualification in a numerate subject (e.g statistics, economics, actuarial science).
- Experience using data analysis to solve problems, including applying statistical or analytical models to draw conclusions.
