About the role
- Provide professional, accurate support to clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including webchat and email
- Process client applications efficiently, checking details carefully
- Manage key client actions, including processing payments and updating case notes
- Maintain accurate, up to date records and support the creation of client letters
Requirements
- Must provide a CV and Supporting Statement (of no more than 750 words)
- Evidence of how you meet the Success Profiles
- Ability to manage a Quality Service
- Ability to work collaboratively
