About the role
- Take over and manage active corporate vacancies during the cover period
- Run full-cycle recruitment: kick-off, sourcing, screening, interviews, references, and offers
- Work directly with hiring managers in Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, and Office Management
- Source and engage local candidates in the Cyprus market
- Ensure fast turnaround and continuity of hiring processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and communication
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting corporate roles in Cyprus, specifically Legal, Finance, HR, or Admin
- Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding
- Strong understanding of local candidate availability, expectations, and hiring practices
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-moving environment
- High level of structure, reliability, and attention to detail
- Fluent English; Greek is an advantage.
