Requirements

  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise (Apex, Flows, integrations, and data management) is mandatory. Solid coding experience in at least two of the following: Python, PHP, TypeScript (Node.js/React). Familiarity with WordPress is a plus. Ability to connect business needs with practical technical solutions (not just coding to spec). Demonstrated ability to manage development work from start to finish with minimal oversight. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders. Availability for at least 6 hours of overlap between 6 AM – 2 PM PST. Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced teams with high autonomy.
