About the role
- Cultivate, grow, and maintain an effective team
- Lead, develop, and manage assigned drivers
- Manage driver schedules, PTO, rotations, and timekeeping
- Oversee assigned delivery equipment and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience working in transportation, driver management, routing, or logistics operations preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Understanding of Electronic Logging Devices (ELD's), Paper Logs, GPS, and Drive Cam Systems
- Ability to manage in a flexible, quickly changing environment
- Ability to operate a forklift as needed
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
