About the role
- Maintain and support MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading environments, including configuration of groups, symbols, trading permissions, and execution parameters.
- Manage trading infrastructure components including Access Servers, gateways, and trading server configurations.
- Support liquidity integrations and execution infrastructure through bridge technologies such as PrimeXM XCore, OneZero Hub, Centroid, or similar solutions.
- Assist with configuration and monitoring of A-book and B-book routing logic, liquidity pools, symbol mapping, and execution settings.
- Monitor trading systems and investigate execution issues including order rejections, latency issues, pricing discrepancies, and connectivity disruptions.
- Coordinate with liquidity providers, bridge vendors, and internal teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting trade execution.
- Implement trading configuration changes including symbol specifications, spreads, trading sessions, rollovers, and contract updates.
- Support onboarding of new clients, liquidity providers, trading products, and trading configurations within the trading infrastructure.
- Assist with trading data analysis, reporting support, and operational investigations related to trading activity.
- Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and governance standards for trading infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement, including scripting, workflow automation, or system monitoring enhancements.
- Participate in incident response and operational troubleshooting when trading system issues occur.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in trading platform operations, electronic trading infrastructure, or brokerage trading environments.
- Experience working with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading platforms.
- Familiarity with bridge technologies such as PrimeXM, OneZero, Centroid, or equivalent execution infrastructure.
- Understanding of trade lifecycles, execution models, margin, liquidity routing, and trading configuration concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, or scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is advantageous.
- Experience operating within financial services, brokerage, or regulated trading environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
