Business Development Rep

• Business Development Management role to drive revenue from digital / crypto products and associated technology as well as taking ownership of the Group’s institutional liquidity offering from a client facing perspective, including profiling, technical business development responsibility and management of the Group’s client facing analytics offering.
• Originate, manage, and close business development opportunities with brokers, asset managers, hedge funds, payment companies, and financial institutions.
• Promote and sell our suite of offerings including: Institutional crypto liquidity provision (spot, derivatives, and bespoke liquidity solutions).
• Digital payment and settlement solutions for businesses integrating crypto/fiat flows.
• Physical crypto trading and custody services with robust security frameworks.
• Leverage their existing network and industry experience / profile to further client acquisition and improve the brand perception across the globe.
• Represent the company at industry events including conferences, panel moderation or participation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the industry’s technology requirements and liaise with both internal and external business stakeholders to facilitate relationships and further distribution across both established and developing technology channels including ECNs and bridge networks.
• Contribute to Scope Prime’s institutional product strategy, planning, development, and delivery pipeline where appropriate
• Contribute to the Scope Prime institutional marketing strategy where appropriate
• Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
• When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high-quality service that presents a professional and positive image of Scope Prime
• Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality
• Meeting KPIs and exceeding revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Contributing to trading volume and PnL increase

Institutional Business Development Executive – Digital

Operations

• Maintain and support MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading environments, including configuration of groups, symbols, trading permissions, and execution parameters.
• Manage trading infrastructure components including Access Servers, gateways, and trading server configurations.
• Support liquidity integrations and execution infrastructure through bridge technologies such as PrimeXM XCore, OneZero Hub, Centroid, or similar solutions.
• Assist with configuration and monitoring of A-book and B-book routing logic, liquidity pools, symbol mapping, and execution settings.
• Monitor trading systems and investigate execution issues including order rejections, latency issues, pricing discrepancies, and connectivity disruptions.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers, bridge vendors, and internal teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting trade execution.
• Implement trading configuration changes including symbol specifications, spreads, trading sessions, rollovers, and contract updates.
• Support onboarding of new clients, liquidity providers, trading products, and trading configurations within the trading infrastructure.
• Assist with trading data analysis, reporting support, and operational investigations related to trading activity.
• Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and governance standards for trading infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement, including scripting, workflow automation, or system monitoring enhancements.
• Participate in incident response and operational troubleshooting when trading system issues occur.

Operations Engineer

• Business Development Management role to drive revenue from exchange and OTC products and associated technology as well as taking ownership of the Group’s institutional prime brokerage offering from a client facing perspective, including profiling, technical business development responsibility and management of the Group’s client facing analytics offering.
• Drive new business opportunities across DMA, exchange-traded products, and derivative markets.
• Promote and sell solutions across asset classes: Equities (cash & derivatives), Futures & options, Bonds and fixed income instruments, Synthetic/OTC equity derivatives (e.g., single stock CFDs, baskets).
• Develop and execute tailored pitches for our ideal client segments: Emerging fund managers (hedge funds, systematic funds, multi-strategy firms), Traditional asset managers and long-only institutions, Proprietary trading firms & professional trading groups, Futures and options traders, Family offices with sophisticated trading mandates, Prime of primes, regional brokers, and introducing brokers seeking institutional-grade DMA access, Wealth managers and private banks offering execution services to UHNW clients.
