About the role

  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with major retail customers
  • Act as the primary liaison to ensure strong communication with retail partners
  • Support and manage Scope’s partnership with the retail broker
  • Drive the growth of the OPTASE brand’s retail footprint
  • Identify and secure new retail partnerships
  • Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of retail performance
  • Analyze retail data to monitor performance and track market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and resolution of disputes
  • Partner with the National Key Account Manager to deliver successful annual reset processes

Requirements

  • Business or Science related degree required
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Key Account Management, preferably within national brick-and-mortar retail
  • Strong selling skills
  • Deep understanding of the retail landscape, including category management, merchandising, supply chain, and promotional execution
  • Experience managing relationships with large national and regional retailers
  • Familiarity with concept-to-shelf processes, including product launches, planogram resets, and promotional calendars
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse account stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze retail data and develop effective account plans
  • Excellent computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% across the U.S.
