We are looking for a Product Manager with 2–3 years of proven experience in the gaming industry to join our team. In this role, you will own the life cycle of in-game mechanics and features, from concept through development to live performance. You will use data-driven insights to define, test, and evaluate features, ensuring they align with the game’s long-term strategy and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various members of the game team to drive feature development to success. Work with Designers and Producers to create and approve necessary requirements for future features and iterations. Initiate comprehensive testing strategies for features that will be tested in-game. Review game KPIs to proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats as well as monitor performance of various game elements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive market.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry (social, mobile, or casino gaming preferred).
Experience managing the full cycle of in-game features and mechanics.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Designers, Engineers, Analysts, Producers).
Passion for games and a deep understanding of player motivations and market trends.
