• Proactively influence the product vision through a strong, user-centred design approach aligned to business goals
• Co-create and deliver a design roadmap aligned to product priorities and customer value
• Simplify complex, data rich product requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Take full ownership of design outcomes including definition of success metrics and post launch impact

• Support onboarding and development of new design team members as the team scales
• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions clearly to stakeholders
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle
• Stay close to customers through participation in interviews, testing, product advisory groups and collaboration with customer-facing teams
• Monitor post-launch performance and user behaviour to inform continuous improvement
• Represent design within the business and contribute to a strong design culture
