About the role
- Own and execute SSA’s enterprise-level SEO strategy with the goal of ranking #1 for high-intent keywords across core service verticals
- Drive a 2x increase in inbound qualified leads within 12 months
- Position SSA as the clear digital authority and market leader in scientific safety
- Manage and continuously optimize SSA’s website for performance, user experience, and conversion
- Build and execute a high-quality content strategy aligned to growth priorities
- Develop landing pages and campaigns that convert traffic into qualified leads
- Implement structured lead tracking, scoring, and routing processes
- Partner with Sales and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion
- Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for ROI
- Manage inbound lead flow to ensure speed-to-lead and accountability
- Contribute to strengthening SSA’s brand positioning across acquisitions and verticals
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO optimization while maintaining high quality and brand voice
- Implement AI-driven workflows to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and conversion performance

Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with significant SEO ownership
- Proven success ranking competitive keywords and driving measurable traffic growth
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Experience managing and optimizing websites (WordPress or similar CMS preferred)
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead funnel strategy
- Experience managing inbound lead flow and CRM integration
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Ownership mindset with high accountability for measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, automation platforms) to enhance marketing performance
- Ability to critically evaluate AI output and refine for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
