• Responsible for administration, support, and governance of enterprise personal cloud storage.

• Lead the design, implementation, and modernization of observability platforms
• Define architecture standards and patterns for enterprise observability
• Architect large-scale Splunk and Databricks environments
• Develop reference architectures and executive-level presentations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Integrate observability datasets with AI/ML platforms
