• This role is responsible for leading marketing campaigns and initiatives for the Schweid & Sons brand, with a strong focus on sales support, digital media, and consumer engagement.
• Execute Marketing Campaigns by leading strategy, activation, optimization, and performance reporting, ensuring brand consistency, strong storytelling, and measurable sales impact across platforms.
• Drive Sales-Focused Marketing Efforts by creating compelling sales presentations and developing impactful materials to support Foodservice and Retail sales.
• Lead marketing support for product innovation, organizing and executing experiential events that bring the brand to life.
• Manage and monitor campaign budgets while evaluating ROI across all marketing initiatives.
