Engineer

• Review and document current manufacturing processes to find ways to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost.
• Analyze daily operations, create and update various production layouts.
• Develop and update regularly all production metrics like throughput, standard staffing and quality parameters.
• Design and implement process improvements that increase yield, reduce waste, improve cycle times, eliminate bottlenecks, and support smooth operations— all while meeting food safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead or support new equipment installations and modifications for the engineering department—from concept to start-up.
• Use data analysis and statistics to find bottlenecks, process variation, and improvement opportunities, then apply data-driven solutions to boost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues collaboratively, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
