About the role
- Technical customer support for raw materials, packaging, formulations, and products
- Global change management in the area of packaging
- Support for compliance audits and certification processes
- Continuous development of the customer service platform (SharePoint) using AI-based solutions
- Management and maintenance of the global product portfolio in SAP EH&S for customer service
- Support and further development of Smartsheet solutions
- Subject-matter support and delivery of training for international subsidiaries
Requirements
- Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical-technical assistant, or comparable qualification
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Good knowledge of SAP EH&S, SAP Recipe Development, and SAP BI
- User-level experience with Smartsheet
- Independent, structured, and methodical working style
- Strong team skills and enjoyment working with various departments
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
