About the role
- Serve as the point of contact for our teams in Germany, Europe and Canada
- Own and manage all day-to-day HR-related activities and processes
- Further develop and professionalize HR policies, structures and workflows
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Enhance Employer Value Proposition through various initiatives
- Drive employee engagement by fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and motivation
- Plan and organize team events
- Lead and develop your team including the HR Payroll & Admin Manager and the Office Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with focus on Human Resources Management, or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience in a generalist HR role within a startup or dynamic growth environment
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of responsibilities
- Open to change in a dynamic environment
- Digital mindset and experience with SaaS-based tools (e.g. Personio, Asana, Travelperk)
- Proficient in both English and German
