About the role

  • Join Scheer America as a Business Process Analyst / Consultant and help our clients improve processes, drive digital transformation, and deliver business value.
  • You’ll gain diverse project experience and support our business development and operations while mastering the latest in process-led digitalization.
  • This role focuses on the technical implementation and customization of process mining and BPM solutions.
  • Work with leading platforms such as SAP Signavio, ARIS and Celonis.
  • Support the implementation of end-to-end process mining solutions.
  • Configure dashboards, KPIs, and data models in process mining platforms.
  • Configure and deploy workflows in SAP Signavio.
  • Implement workflow logic using JavaScript scripting.
  • Develop data extractors using SQL and APIs.
  • Support integration with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus) and 0–3 years of experience in BPM, digital transformation, or consulting.
  • Knowledge or interest in Business Process Management and process modeling (BPMN/EPC preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detail with the ability to work across industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Python or SQL is a plus.
