• Participate in client projects (recycling/refining): capture, analyze and design end-to-end processes (incoming goods, sampling, smelting, analytics/assaying, intermediate storage/WIP, settlement).
• Governance & controls: develop practical control points (e.g., four-eyes principle, sampling, reconciliation with outside refiners) and audit-ready documentation.
• IT enablement (process-focused): create process and data models and functional specifications; support implementation in SAP-related and manufacturing systems (MM/PP/QM, MES/LIMS, reporting).
• Change & qualification: produce SOPs, training materials and checklists; prepare and support audits.
• KPIs (concise): maintain a small set of core KPIs such as recovery rate, loss rate and mass-balance deviation to objectively assess process and inventory quality.

Process Expert – Precious Metal Processes, Precious Metal Recycling

• Participate in client projects (precious metals accounting): handling of metal weight accounts, precious metal balances, and reporting – design, standardization and documentation of processes.
• Monthly closes & reconciliations: design and improvement of metal reconciliation steps (e.g. receipts/consumption/WIP/output), variance analyses and audit documentation.
• Governance & controls: definition of practical controls (four-eyes principle/dual control, sampling, outside-refiner reconciliation) and audit-ready evidence trails; interfaces to trading/hedging/FX and finance.
• IT enablement (finance-focused): business concepts and data models for SAP-based implementation (FI/CO, SD/MM, preferably CO-PC/Analytics) as well as reporting/BI; support during testing and go-lives.
• KPIs (compact): maintenance of a few core KPIs such as recovery rate, loss rate and material balance deviation to objectively assess inventory and closing quality.
