About the role

  • Optimize commercial/financial accounting in public administration and universities, especially during the introduction and adaptation of SAP S/4HANA
  • Independently lead and manage SAP implementation and optimization projects
  • Support our public-sector clients in their digital transformation
  • Advise public administrations and universities on organizational and implementation projects
  • Map and analyze accounting business processes and data structures, and identify optimization potential
  • Support clients from strategic analysis and concept/design through to implementation of IT solution concepts
  • Engage in pre-sales activities within the scope of public tendering procedures

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional or project experience in public administrations and/or universities
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in using and implementing SAP modules, ideally including financial accounting components (SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP PS or SAP PSM)
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for optimizing processes using innovative SAP solutions
