About the role
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of brand awareness initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and employer branding efforts to enhance company visibility and reputation.
- Assist in detailed planning, coordination, and successful execution of various events, trade shows, and special projects to support overall marketing goals and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless organization and delivery of external events such as roadshows, aligning activities with strategic objectives and target audiences.
- Contribute to the creation, review, and distribution of engaging content and marketing collateral that align with the brand’s messaging and campaign requirements.
- Support financial processes related to marketing activities by assisting in budget and invoice tracking and processing payments through systems such as SAP and COUPA.
- Facilitate effective project management by monitoring team progress, coordinating timelines, and preparing comprehensive presentations and reports to keep management and stakeholders informed.
Requirements
- Minimum: bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or other related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum two years of experience
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite, Adobe, and/or Canva is preferred.
