About the role
- Drive growth in the Distribution Business by expanding business with existing customers
- Identify and develop white spaces and enter new sectors and territories
- Lead and manage corporate rate contracts and long‑term frame agreements
- Develop opportunities in Reconditioning and Lifetime Solution offerings
- Increase Schaeffler’s market share across existing and targeted sectors/customers
- Support new product development initiatives
- Deliver high‑impact, sector‑specific presentations to secure brand approvals
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 8–12 years of experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive abilities
- Extroverted, self‑driven professional with strong hunting DNA and market development experience
- Proven frontline industrial sales experience with a strong growth mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively, meet customers and end users, and develop distributor markets
