About the role
- Provide autonomous and comprehensive administrative support to dedicated teams or management within the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
- Organize office operations and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain an effective information flow by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, greeting visitors, and prioritizing communications.
- Coordinate complex scheduling tasks including appointment setting, meeting planning, and taking detailed minutes to facilitate informed decision-making and follow-up actions.
- Manage time and travel arrangements, ensuring accurate processing of travel expenses and related documentation for team members or managers, optimizing resources and budgets.
- Foster productive collaboration by coordinating with multiple departments and maintaining professional relationships with external parties such as suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate records and databases to ensure data integrity, and assist in the preparation and delivery of reports and presentations tailored to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support team and customer events with organizational and logistical efforts to enhance engagement and promote corporate culture.
- Implement best practices in administrative processes by continuously evaluating workflows and proposing improvements to enhance overall team productivity.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a business-related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative function
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability and willingness to professionally represent Schaeffler in all settings
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
