About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of a global SuccessFactors Compensation implementation within HR.SALT, covering full lifecycle activities from planning to delivery.
  • Act as the primary IT project lead, driving timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of this strategic transformation initiative.
  • Partner closely with Global Program Managers, business stakeholders, HR IT specialists, and external partners to align objectives, expectations, and governance.
  • Oversee all project phases — detailed planning, execution, risk and issue management, compliance checks, and final rollout — ensuring adherence to global standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate collaboration across India, Germany, and multiple global locations, enabling seamless communication across time zones.
  • Proactively lead stakeholder engagement, change management, and issue resolution to maintain project momentum and organizational buy‑in.
  • Manage configuration activities, system integration checkpoints, testing cycles, and user acceptance processes for the Compensation & Variable Pay module, working in alignment with other workstream leads.
  • Prepare and deliver structured project dashboards, progress reports, and executive-level updates that relay achievements, risks, and key decisions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering high-quality execution, process discipline, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of HR IT project management experience, ideally involving large-scale global implementations
  • Strong capability in project leadership, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk handling, and stakeholder communication within structured program or portfolio frameworks
  • Experience with SuccessFactors implementations; direct knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation is a strong plus but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of leading complex, end-to-end HR IT projects within matrixed or globally distributed environments
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, compliant IT solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across both business and IT teams
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) with demonstrated intercultural awareness for working with global teams
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work model and flexible in working across multiple time zones
  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
