About the role

  • Support in day-to-day HR operations, for example processing unsolicited applications, drafting employment references and written warnings

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Education or a comparable field
  • Some prior experience in human resources is desirable
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Open and reliable manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent and structured working style as well as strong communication skills
