About the role
- Support in day-to-day HR operations, for example processing unsolicited applications, drafting employment references and written warnings
- Participation in and conducting of job interviews
- Support for special topics such as coordination of the annual holiday student workers
- Assistance with organizing and implementing ongoing projects and much more!
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Education or a comparable field
- Some prior experience in human resources is desirable
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Open and reliable manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Independent and structured working style as well as strong communication skills
