About the role

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR function across various process areas
  • Managing general data maintenance in HR systems
  • Preparing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation
  • Participating in transition, optimization and implementation projects
  • Managing and fostering effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Taking ownership of process improvement initiatives
  • Performing other ad hoc HR administration tasks and following supervisor's instructions

Requirements

  • Completed studies or comparable qualifications in Human Resources area or related field
  • Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR or Shared Service Center environment
  • Fluency in both German and English with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
  • Good command of the Polish language (min. B1 level)
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with tools and applications such as SAP HR, Success Factors, ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational skills, including communication, stakeholder management, and customer orientation
  • Flexibility and openness to change, with proactive approach to adapting processes and workflows
  • Capability to work independently with willingness to learn from others
