About the role
- Providing general and technical support to HR software users (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, Korn Ferry, Strengthscope) via remote channels such as e-mail, ticketing systems, and MS Teams.
- Maintaining general data within HR systems.
- Preparing HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office 365.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation.
- Serving as the first point of contact for the competence center and other stakeholders.
- Supporting colleagues through process guidance and training.
- Participating in transition or implementation projects.
- Identifying issues and consulting on alternative solutions with process owners and relevant stakeholders.
- Acting as a point of contact for complex or escalated cases.
- Driving process improvement initiatives.
- Performing other ad hoc HR administration tasks.
Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable qualifications in Human Resources or related fields.
- Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment, or in technical support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (such as SAP or Workday) or willingness to become familiar with new tools.
- Fluency in Polish with a minimum of C1 level proficiency.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level).
- Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and customer orientation.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team with a solution-oriented approach.
- Focused on high quality and continuous improvement with attention to detail.
