About the role
- Conceptual, coordinating and administrative support within a globally operating team, e.g., for career development and individual development programs
- Support in managing and improving processes related to employee conversations, succession planning, feedback tools, and the design of career paths for specific target groups
- Independent planning, organisation, facilitation and follow-up of workshops and events
- Active participation in global meetings as part of projects and operational tasks
- Preparation and conceptual design of engaging presentations and informational materials for various audiences, e.g., board presentations, HR business partners and managers
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources/Personnel Management, Social Sciences or a related field
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a high degree of independence and initiative
