About the role

  • Support in digitalization roadmaps for plants and logistics sites: maintenance of milestones, dependencies and KPI tracking
  • Technology scouting: identification, evaluation and comparison of relevant digital and automation solutions (e.g., analytics, IoT, low-code)
  • Support for site assessments: preparation, data collection, structured analysis and derivation of recommended actions
  • PMO support within digitalization programs: schedule and stakeholder management, meeting minutes, action tracking, status reports
  • Workshop and documentation support: preparation of use-case reviews and structured follow-up on decisions

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program: Business Administration (Logistics/Production), Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Languages: German and English, spoken and written
  • Skills: Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Working style: Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
  • Experience: Initial exposure to digitalization and to production and/or logistics
  • Soft skills: Self‑reliance, reliability and experience working on projects
  • Nice-to-have: Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling); basic SQL; familiarity with SAP (e.g., S/4HANA or ECC; MM/PP/SD); low-code/automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint); agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban); PMO experience; practical knowledge of production/logistics processes (e.g., shop floor, material flow, inventory management); visualization and storytelling for management reporting
