About the role
- Participate in exciting, international projects in HR Advanced Analytics
- Coordinate interdisciplinary work packages, prepare compelling communication materials, and moderate global meetings
- Independently take responsibility for work packages in our projects and products as an interface between HR and other business units
- Contribute to diverse project work, for example implementing a company-wide HR data model
- Prepare engaging training and communication materials, including internal blog posts and intranet content
- Collaborate with Schaeffler sites worldwide
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, communications, business administration, or a related field, ideally with a focus on business informatics, digital media, or social media communication
- Interest in HR processes and agile ways of working; initial practical experience in project management is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint or Viva Engage
- Strong communication skills and an affinity for data
- Creative and agile mindset with a high level of commitment
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
