About the role

  • Participation in the preparation of the IFRS consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, year-end), including responsibility for the preparation and quality assurance of parts of the consolidated notes
  • Point of contact for subsidiaries on accounting issues under IFRS
  • Point of contact for the external auditor
  • Further development of the group's internal IFRS accounting policy
  • Independent management of varied projects in the IFRS environment

Requirements

  • University degree in economics/business administration with a focus on international consolidated accounting (IFRS) or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience at an auditing firm or in group accounting of an international industrial company
  • Solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications and good SAP user skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills and an independent, responsible, and structured working style
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
