About the role
- Support with topics related to "Learning Organization" and Fit4Production at the Herzogenaurach production plant
- Contribute to workshops and support the implementation of training concepts and events
- Assist employees, e.g., with the delivery of Schaeffler Academy e-learnings
- Assist in the development and preparation of training courses
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Vocational Education, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology, Business Education, Vocational Training, Personnel Development/HR or a comparable field
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
- Familiarity with different learning/teaching methods is an advantage
- Independent working style, commitment and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
