About the role

  • Onboarding and hands-on training in production management, production planning, industrial engineering, quality, and production processes
  • Close, practical and goal-oriented collaboration with segment management
  • Promotion of independent working through regular feedback sessions and mentoring by experienced leaders
  • Active participation in planning, executing, evaluating and documenting process optimization projects to continuously improve production workflows
  • Analysis, development and implementation of systemic processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Collection, preparation and analysis of relevant data to support decision-making — including with regard to relevant KPIs
  • Support in managing subprojects and contributing to cross-departmental improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or a related field
  • Prior knowledge of general manufacturing technologies and Lean methods (e.g., 5S, SMED, TPM) is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • High commitment, initiative, teamwork, strong communication skills and flexibility
