About the role
- Onboarding and hands-on training in production management, production planning, industrial engineering, quality, and production processes
- Close, practical and goal-oriented collaboration with segment management
- Promotion of independent working through regular feedback sessions and mentoring by experienced leaders
- Active participation in planning, executing, evaluating and documenting process optimization projects to continuously improve production workflows
- Analysis, development and implementation of systemic processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Collection, preparation and analysis of relevant data to support decision-making — including with regard to relevant KPIs
- Support in managing subprojects and contributing to cross-departmental improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Enrolled student in engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or a related field
- Prior knowledge of general manufacturing technologies and Lean methods (e.g., 5S, SMED, TPM) is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good German and good English skills
- High commitment, initiative, teamwork, strong communication skills and flexibility
