About the role

  • Identify and develop strategies for new business opportunities in industrial segments such as industrial automation, steel manufacturing, mining and pulp & paper, power transmission, etc.
  • Continuously analyze the market and competitors to identify strategically relevant trends and determine the approaches required for business growth.
  • Perform sales data analysis and monitor performance indicators, with a focus on targets and the ability to develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Continuously optimize the industrial market model.
  • Analyze and optimize the regional product portfolio and drive profitable sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of business management contexts.
  • Knowledge of strategic marketing, segmentation, positioning, and pricing.
  • Facilitation, drafting, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced Spanish preferred.
  • Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) desirable.
