About the role
- Leading the design, technical conception, and hands-on implementation of the global CIAM solution as a new platform.
- Analyzing and aligning detailed requirements with global stakeholders, including business, IT Security, Compliance, and Data Protection teams.
- Architecting and configuring scalable, secure CIAM processes and system integrations for customers and external partners.
- Managing the integration of applications and systems into the new CIAM platform during rollout and beyond.
- Coordinating closely with external developers, technology vendors, and service providers to ensure quality delivery and meeting KPIs.
- Ensuring solution adherence to policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Documenting architecture, design decisions, implementation details, testing results, and operational procedures.
- Supporting agile project execution and continuous improvement of the CIAM system post-implementation.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, IT Security, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience.
- A proven experience in leading the setup, implementation, and operation of IAM or CIAM solutions, preferably from initial rollout onward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (min. B2 level).
- Knowledge of or exposure to CIAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, SAP CDC, Salesforce or other similar tools.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, identity management protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML), and IT security principles.
- Capability to work independently and proactively champion new technologies and approaches.
- Professional experience in coordinating internal stakeholders and external developers/suppliers in complex technical projects.
- Proficiency in using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, DevOps) is considered an asset.
