About the role
- Support day-to-day HR operations, for example handling unsolicited applications, drafting employment references and written warnings
- Participate in and conduct job interviews
- Support special topics such as coordinating the annual seasonal/holiday student workers
- Assist with organizing and implementing current projects and much more!
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Education, or a comparable field
- Some prior experience in human resources is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Open and reliable manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Independent, structured working style and strong communication skills
