About the role
- Preparation of pricing decisions (research on pricing history, discounts, gross prices, comparative prices of other customers)
- Posting, completing and maintaining customer orders
- Reviewing and, if necessary, correcting orders placed by customers
- Creation and dispatch of order confirmations
- Checking of alternatives (alternative reference numbers, plants, designs, ...) in case of unsatisfactory commitment dates or postponements of commitments by the manufacturing department
- Order tracking and maintenance of necessary adjustments according to posting rules and management manual to avoid inventory build-up
- Coordination of schedule deviations with supervisor and information to customers
- Passing on changed customer requirements to the schedulers and adjusting orders according to cancellation and postponement rules after consultation with the supervisor
- Processing of repair orders
- Other customer and order related activities
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's or master's studies
- Apprenticeship as an industrial sales or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in Customer Service
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
- Intermediate proficiency in the Czech language (min. B1 level)
- Knowledge of Polish and/or Slovak is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for work
