About the role

  • Preparation of pricing decisions (research on pricing history, discounts, gross prices, comparative prices of other customers)
  • Posting, completing and maintaining customer orders
  • Reviewing and, if necessary, correcting orders placed by customers
  • Creation and dispatch of order confirmations
  • Checking of alternatives (alternative reference numbers, plants, designs, ...) in case of unsatisfactory commitment dates or postponements of commitments by the manufacturing department
  • Order tracking and maintenance of necessary adjustments according to posting rules and management manual to avoid inventory build-up
  • Coordination of schedule deviations with supervisor and information to customers
  • Passing on changed customer requirements to the schedulers and adjusting orders according to cancellation and postponement rules after consultation with the supervisor
  • Processing of repair orders
  • Other customer and order related activities

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's or master's studies
  • Apprenticeship as an industrial sales or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in Customer Service
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Czech language (min. B1 level)
  • Knowledge of Polish and/or Slovak is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for work
