About the role
- Support in national and international qualification projects for various target groups – from apprentices to top management
- Assist with the organization, planning and execution of projects
- Prepare presentation materials as a basis for decision-making and communication
- Collaborate with internal and external partners of the Schaeffler Academy (globally)
- Contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of training measures as well as coaching and change-consulting processes
- Gain insight into various project management and training development methods
- Support in advising trainers and training participants
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, (Business) Education, or a comparable field
- Confident user of MS Office
- Good spoken and written German and English skills
- High degree of personal responsibility and initiative combined with strong team skills
- Excellent communication skills, openness and reliability
