About the role

  • Support in national and international qualification projects for various target groups – from apprentices to top management
  • Assist with the organization, planning and execution of projects
  • Prepare presentation materials as a basis for decision-making and communication
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners of the Schaeffler Academy (globally)
  • Contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of training measures as well as coaching and change-consulting processes
  • Gain insight into various project management and training development methods
  • Support in advising trainers and training participants

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, (Business) Education, or a comparable field
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Good spoken and written German and English skills
  • High degree of personal responsibility and initiative combined with strong team skills
  • Excellent communication skills, openness and reliability
