About the role

  • Drive and assist in the development and implementation of Supply Chain Services, such as kitting and third-party deals
  • Expanding and strengthening logistical customer relationships
  • Planning and conducting workshops to implement SCM services and optimize processes
  • Acting as the main contact person for overarching SCM topics with our customers and production plants
  • Monitoring and improving customer-specific SCM KPIs (from customer portals)
  • Collecting and enhancing SCM-specific reports as a basis for discussions with customers and production plants
  • Systematic improvement of deliveries from the production plants, among other measures through regular demand reviews, adjustment of replenishment times, and MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities)

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, SCM, or a related field
  • Expertise in SCM and sales
  • High level of proactivity
  • Enjoy working with diverse stakeholders both at the customer and Schaeffler levels
  • Enthusiasm for actively driving new processes and topics forward
  • Valid work permit for Czech Republic at the moment of application
