About the role
- Own and manage the relationship and performance for pan-European accounts like Autodoc, Amazon, eBay, and Motointegrator; act as the single point of contact and account lead across countries
- Contribute to the European ecommerce strategy in partnership with the Regional ECommerce Manager Europe and Strategic Sales; translate strategy into account-specific objectives and roadmaps
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly joint account plans, setting revenue or GMV, margin, market share, and portfolio mix targets; define promotional calendars, new product introductions, and paid media plans
- Collaborate closely with Country/Area ECommerce Managers, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align pan-EU plans with local execution and ensure consistent availability and service levels
- Negotiate and manage commercial terms, trade investments, and marketing packages with platform partners in coordination with European Sales and Finance; ensure efficient investment and profitability
- Drive day-to-day operational excellence for assigned accounts: demand planning and forecasting, product onboarding and catalog health, order and returns management, chargeback prevention and resolution, and service level adherence
- Ensure high-quality, compliant product content in line with centrally defined standards (taxonomy, attributes, imagery, rich/A+ content, fitment/compatibility), working with content operations
- Implement performance tracking and regular business reviews, monitoring sales and gross margin, price index/buy-box, share of search, content health, advertising efficiency, inventory health, and returns; run root-cause analyses and corrective actions
- Manage an allocated account-level marketing and trade budget in alignment with regional governance; measure ROI and continuously optimize spend
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce key account or category management across multiple European markets; hands-on experience with at least two out of Autodoc, Amazon, eBay and motointegrator is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage large marketplace or third-party platform accounts and deliver revenue, margin, and market share targets
- Strong operational aptitude with experience improving end-to-end marketplace processes (catalog, content, orders, logistics, chargebacks) in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Highly analytical, with strong expertise in performance tracking and category/portfolio analysis; comfortable working with dashboards and data to drive decisions
- Effective stakeholder manager in an international matrix; able to align regional strategy with country-level execution and mobilize teams across borders and functions
- Prior experience in the automotive aftermarket is mandatory; familiarity with fitment/compatibility data and PIM/DAM processes is beneficial
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Self-starter with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and strong project management discipline
Benefits
- Hybrid working model that combines regular office presence in Frankfurt am Main with home office
