Requirements
- Completed commercial or industrial vocational training with an additional business qualification
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of human resources and personnel development
- Confident interaction with external institutions and training providers
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor
