About the role
- Confident and professional support of the department head in all organizational and administrative matters
- Planning and coordination of appointments, conferences and events
- Preparation and processing of presentations, reports and minutes
- Responsibility for organizing domestic and international business travel, including booking and travel expense processing
- Conducting research and compiling information
- Independently managing projects in the packaging area and liaising directly with international subsidiaries
- Handling sensitive information and ensuring discretion in all matters
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial/vocational training (or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in an assistant role
- Experience in an international corporate environment and strong intercultural competence
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- Resilience and assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
