About the role
- Planning and implementation of the product assortment strategy for items in the heat distribution and ventilation segments
- Development of new products and services in collaboration with Sales, relevant internal departments and external partners
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Identifying and evaluating relevant trends and technologies
- Developing actionable recommendations based on thorough market analyses
- Planning, managing and controlling projects and product development processes
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a technician, master craftsperson or engineer
- Several years of professional experience in heating and/or ventilation technology
- Experience in product management is a plus
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
