About the role
- You are the first point of contact for all our prospective customers/parents across Germany, advising on tutoring and scheduling/coordinating consultation appointments at our locations
- Handling incoming and outgoing e-mails
- Arranging language courses
- Maintaining customer records and master data
Requirements
- Completed vocational training is desirable but not required
- Enjoy communicating and have a friendly demeanor
- Proficient with PC use and telephone systems
- Excellent German language skills; additional languages are welcome
- Fluent in English
