About the role
- Management of 10–15 Schülerhilfe centers, including staff leadership
- Recruitment and selection of employees
- Onboarding, training and coaching of staff
- Ensuring the implementation of Schülerhilfe concepts
- Responsibility for the revenues and performance of the region
- Budget control and accountability
- Implementation of ISO standards and assurance of teaching quality
- Identifying new sites for expansion
Requirements
- A solid vocational qualification and initial management experience
- Sales experience, ideally in branch-based/chain organizations
- Strong communication skills with staff and customers
- Performance- and target-oriented team leadership
