About the role
- Handling qualified inquiries from potential customers — no cold calling!
- Telephone consultations about tutoring and language courses for our brands Schülerhilfe and IQ Lingua
- Scheduling appointments for detailed consultations and, when appropriate, direct sales over the phone
- Email handling
- Customer satisfaction surveys
Requirements
- Sales orientation and a service mindset
- Enjoy talking on the phone and communicating
- Fluent German and good English — knowledge of Turkish, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish is a plus
- Friendly demeanour and a pleasant telephone voice
- Team player
- Flexibility
- Experience in telephone-based consulting
