Controller

• Design and own the planning process: You take coordination and conceptual responsibility for planning, drive the further development of the planning process and the planning system (Jedox), and align them with future requirements.
• Manage forecasts and budgets: You advise and support the preparation and operational creation of forecasts, budgets and medium-term planning, and optimize structures and procedures in a solution-oriented manner.
• Act as an international business partner: You support the foreign subsidiaries, monitor results and cost positions, identify patterns and variances, and ensure transparent, targeted reporting.
• Drive analyses: You carry out evaluations independently, contribute your own ideas and proactively implement improvements as soon as you identify potential.
• Develop controlling: Together with the team, you work on the further development and ongoing implementation of profit and cost controlling, particularly for the international subsidiaries.
• Optimize reporting: You contribute to reports for executive management, shareholders and the advisory board, prepare presentations and decision papers tailored to the audience, and use feedback to continuously improve quality.

Corporate Controller

• Controlling, steering & strategic consulting: You act as the central interface between the operational marketing areas (omnichannel), controlling, management and executive leadership.
• Analyses & reporting in marketing and sales controlling: You prepare regular evaluations and analyses on the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing activities.
• Process and report optimization in controlling: With your open eye for change and your drive to try new approaches, you drive the standardization and further development of processes and reports.
• Steering & decision support: You recognize connections in the broader context and know when it makes sense to dive deeper into the details.
• Sparring partner & challenger: As a critical sparring partner you demand clear objectives for planned activities and question existing procedures.
