Area Sales Manager – Koblenz, Trier, Kaiserslautern, Luxembourg
Schäfer GmbH & Co. KGArea Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth in the Koblenz, Trier, Kaiserslautern, and Luxembourg regions. Working with existing and new clients for Schäfer Shop, a leader in office equipment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for sales in the Koblenz, Trier, Kaiserslautern and Luxembourg sales region
- Holistic development of existing customers and acquisition of new customers
- Trend scouting and identification of market needs
- Achieving the established sales targets for field sales
- Preparing and following up on quotes, conducting price negotiations, and scheduling customer meetings
- Regular participation in conferences/meetings and involvement in projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent German and French language skills
- Qualified commercial/business education or equivalent
- Ideally some initial field sales experience, or motivated to gain it
- Communicative, open-minded personality with strong initiative and diligence
- Passion for acquiring new customers and negotiating with clients
- High level of motivation, flexibility, organizational skills and creativity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Structured and systematic approach to thinking and working
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Willingness to travel and flexibility within the sales territory
- Residence within the sales territory
