About the role
- Monitor the IoT infrastructure installed in pharmacies (kiosks/totems, cameras, gateways, sensors), ensuring maximum equipment availability;
- Map, identify and escalate failures, connectivity outages, instabilities and critical events;
- Develop operational dashboards, telemetry and preventive routines to reduce recurrence;
- Monitor daily last-mile operations performed by third‑party logistics operators;
- Track essential logistics KPIs;
- Manage the operational relationship with partners, ensuring governance, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and rapid response to incidents;
- Perform critical performance analysis, propose improvements and lead regular weekly/monthly review meetings with the logistics partner;
- Create executive reports, strategic dashboards and root cause analyses (RCA);
- Recommend data-driven action plans to internal teams and external partners;
- Manage centralized handling of all out-of-standard service events (technological, logistical, operational or data/registration related);
- Lead monitoring teams, logistics analysts, IoT specialists and service agents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Information Systems or related fields;
- Postgraduate studies will be considered a plus;
- Experience in logistics operations, control towers, NOC/SOC and/or digital operations;
- Experience with last-mile logistics partners is highly desirable;
- Experience in incident handling, SLA governance and KPI management;
- Familiarity with IoT devices, connectivity and operational monitoring;
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau);
- Knowledge of ITIL and incident governance.
