Account Manager

• Manage and drive the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, growing sales pipeline, prospecting/cold calling, presentation to customers, proposal writing, negotiations, closing opportunities, and post-sales follow-up
• Sales plan formulation and execution: Based on the analysis of the demand of target customers in this area and the breakdown of the company's annual plan, formulate sales targets, implement sales policies and strategies, ensure the achievement of market share and sales goals, with strong execution ability to effectively carry out tasks assigned by superiors
• Continuously improve product knowledge and consultative selling technique. Establish customer needs, buying cycles, propose Scent Solutions and create a customer-supplier relationship
• Prepare sales information and sales contracts for prospective customers and present the information in face-to-face meetings at the customer’s place of business
• Visit customers regularly to ensure their stability and reduce attrition
• Ensure customer orders are secured by considering delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfilment
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide a high level of customer experience
• Addressing customer complaints promptly leads to greater customer satisfaction with the support provided
