About the role
- Coordination of Loyalty Program Initiatives: Communicate updates to the loyalty programs for the US & LATAM markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty initiatives into overall marketing strategies.
- Customer Engagement Strategies & Event Coordination: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, including exclusive events, personalized offers, and targeted promotions.
- Organize and travel to loyalty events around the country to engage loyalty members.
- Manage budget for events, purchase ordering and oversee invoice processing. Provide post-event reporting.
- Communications and Reporting: Create compelling content including email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials to communicate loyalty program benefits and updates.
- Assist with CRM data collection.
- Craft engaging and personalized communication to nurture customer relationships and drive program participation.
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues from Contact Center and loyalty guests.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and contact center teams to align loyalty initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to optimize program performance and explore new opportunities.
- Utilize CRM data tools to measure the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and provide regular reports to the marketing and leadership team.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on customer behavior and feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in loyalty marketing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Prior event experience (planning & executing) highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized and concise.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor and adaptable to a changing environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
