About the role

  • Coordination of Loyalty Program Initiatives: Communicate updates to the loyalty programs for the US & LATAM markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty initiatives into overall marketing strategies.
  • Customer Engagement Strategies & Event Coordination: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, including exclusive events, personalized offers, and targeted promotions.
  • Organize and travel to loyalty events around the country to engage loyalty members.
  • Manage budget for events, purchase ordering and oversee invoice processing. Provide post-event reporting.
  • Communications and Reporting: Create compelling content including email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials to communicate loyalty program benefits and updates.
  • Assist with CRM data collection.
  • Craft engaging and personalized communication to nurture customer relationships and drive program participation.
  • Answer inquiries and resolve issues from Contact Center and loyalty guests.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and contact center teams to align loyalty initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to optimize program performance and explore new opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM data tools to measure the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and provide regular reports to the marketing and leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on customer behavior and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in loyalty marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Prior event experience (planning & executing) highly preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and concise.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor and adaptable to a changing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
